This is a working conversation, not a sales presentation. In 30 minutes, we cover the areas that matter most to your firm, and you leave with specific, actionable insight regardless of what comes next.
Where are you right now? How many attorneys, what practice areas, roughly how many staff. What does a typical week look like operationally. This takes about 5 minutes and sets the context for everything else.
We start with your firm
Billing and collections — is money leaving the table before it reaches you? Technology — are your systems actually being used? Time — how much attorney time is going to non-legal work? We focus on whichever of these is most relevant to your situation.
We look at the three areas where most firms leak
Not a list of everything that could be better. One or two things that would make the most meaningful difference right now. You get a clear picture of where to focus, whether you work with us or not.

Do I need to prepare anything?

What size firm do you work with?
Solo attorneys and firms of 2–5 attorneys in the Tampa Bay area are our primary focus. If you're outside that range, reach out anyway, we're happy to talk.
