Built on a foundation of doing, not advising.

There's a difference between knowing how law firms should operate and having actually run one.

Iridian Edge was founded by someone who did the second thing. Inside a law firm, building the operational systems that made a growing practice run better.

Why Iridian Edge exists.

Small and solo law firms are where most people go when they need legal help. They're often built by talented attorneys who are exceptional at their work, and stretched thin by everything else that running a practice requires.

They need operational infrastructure. They just don't always know where to start, don't have time to build it themselves, and can't yet justify a full-time hire.

Iridian Edge closes that gap. We bring the operational depth of a well-run firm to practices that deserve it, at a scale and price point that actually works for them.

Built from real law firm operations experience

Iridian Edge was built on hands-on legal operations experience inside a Florida law firm, combined with firsthand experience as a business owner.

Our principal consultant spent more than a decade inside a Florida law firm, beginning as a paralegal and ultimately taking ownership of the firm's entire operational infrastructure — billing, collections, human resources, technology, vendor management, compliance, and more. That career arc, from legal work to operational leadership within the same firm, is what makes our approach different from a consultant who has only ever advised from the outside.

That experience shapes every engagement. We understand the realities of running a small law firm because we've lived them. Our approach is practical, strategic, and focused on creating systems that support sustainable growth without adding unnecessary complexity.

Revenue Operations

Strong firms depend on strong operational foundations. From billing and collections to financial reporting and workflow design, we have managed the processes that drive cash flow, improve visibility into firm performance, and reduce administrative burden on attorneys and staff.

Technology & Systems

Technology should simplify operations, not complicate them. We have implemented and optimized practice management platforms, document management systems, and operational technologies with a focus on usability, adoption, efficiency, and long-term scalability.

People & Processes

Growth requires structure. We have built and maintained the internal framework that supports a successful practice, including onboarding programs, HR processes, policy documentation, administrative workflows, and standard operating procedures that create consistency across the firm.

What working with us actually looks like

We start by listening — to how your firm runs, where the friction is, and what you actually want it to look like.

Then we get to work. Not on a report that sits in a folder, but on the changes that make a real difference — implemented, documented, and built to last.

We stay involved until it's working. That's the difference between consulting and partnership.

Our values

Precision

Operational work deserves the same rigor as legal work. Details matter. Follow-through matters.

Discretion

We work inside law firms. Confidentiality is not a policy we follow — it's how we operate.

Adaptation

We prioritize what will actually work for your firm. Not the most sophisticated solution. The right one.
